We train and support farmers and community members to add value to local produce such as:

🍯 Honey – supporting safe harvesting and packaging to increase market value.
🌿 Herbs and Spices – processing and packaging for culinary and medicinal use.
🥛 Milk – exploring safe preservation and value-added dairy products.
🍎 Fruits – promoting drying, juicing, and natural preserves.
To ensure sustainability, COSDEP has also established an organic market outlet where these products can be sold affordably and conveniently, directly linking producers to consumers.
